Fall Greens came into being as the third kraut in a seasonal greens series. Summer Greens is currently on hiatus, and Spring Greens will be back by popular demand in May or June of next year.

At VFA, we strive to honor not only Vermont farmers by utilizing their amazing vegetables, but also the Vermont landscape by gathering its beautiful, nutritious and sometimes unusual edibles to add to our creations. The vegetables in Fall Greens Sauerkraut provide a nice balance to that end: 2 ingredients from farms and 2 ingredients from the landscape.
